4. My Inspiration and Journey
This book is the culmination of a lifelong passion for animals and their spiritual significance. It began in 2009 when I first started incorporating animals into my artwork. A pivotal moment for me was witnessing videos of animals sensing danger and fleeing before the devastating tsunami in Asia. This experience revealed to me the profound connection animals have with nature.
Inspired by these observations, I began to illustrate and write about animals, often incorporating poetry. Collaborating with my sons, I created stories that celebrated animal symbolism and spiritual messages across cultures. Through years of research, I discovered how indigenous cultures worldwide hold animals in high esteem, each with its own unique meaning
